I read The Deepest of all Sacrifices before I even knew about this book so I stopped that series to begin this one to see how it all started , and I wasn't disappointed. Angela had a hard life and after so many downfalls, she thought she found her happily ever after with Alex Westing. Keeping her relationship with Alex hidden from his family became a problem for both Angela and Alex but she was determined to make things work, but once she lost her job and started working with her best friend Tanie for the town's biggest drug dealer, all hell breaks loose. This book had me waiting for more, page after page. I felt Angela's feelings about Andrea deeply as a sister who has a sister on drugs. Even still I was a little alarmed at her reaction to her sisters need for help.
Read the entire book in hopes that the storyline would get better, no plot, no purpose. Did not leave me wanting more.
This book is very intriguing book. Each time I read this book, I wanted to keep reading. My favorite character in this book would have to be Tanie. I loved how enthusiastic she was, and the fact that she never judged. She just wanted to have fun. The reason why I gave this book 4 stars is because there were a few minor mistakes, but other than it was an awesome book. I would definitely read this book again !!
Had trouble putting it down. Read the whole thing in a day and half. Great story line. Can't wait to read the next one.
I was totally disappointed in this book. The main character in the book was bitter, unhappy and blaming everyone for her problems instead of looking to better herself. I even skipped some of the chapters to see if it got better and it kept going down hill.
This was a great read I just couldn't put this series down. I usually take a break inbetween series but this one held my attention and I must say great job and keep up the good work. Book Groupies Book Club(BGBC)
The Ex Killer was a hard read for me at the beginning. I decided to keep reading and I am glad I did. The Ex Killer became a page turner. Angela Gray one of three sisters is a character I could not decide if I liked her or not. Angela is a angry, selfish and naive young 18 tear old that doesn't
feel any remorse for her actions.I can't wait to see what she is going to do next. My next read is The Hidden Murderess.
