A “must” for the serious student of Russell science and philosophy, The Universal One is Walter Russell’s first expression of his new Cosmology explaining the Mind-centered electromagnetic universe.
Russell later revised some of the content of The Universal One in The Secret of Light and A New Concept of the Universe. Students of the Russell science should be aware of the historic sequence of Walter Russell’s books of science, and note the various changes in details which Walter Russell himself made.
Nikola Tesla told Walter Russell to lock his cosmology in a sepulcher for a thousand years because mankind was not ready for it . Though a century or more ahead of its time, The Universal One, uniting spiritual Cause and scientifically observable Effect in a seamless whole, is now appealing to the many people—scientists and laymen alike—who are examining the nature of science and consciousness.
In this 1926 historic volume, Walter Russell first reveals the possibility of transmutation of the elements. This is a universe of Mind, a finite universe, limited as to cause, and to the effect of cause. A finite universe, in which the effects of cause are limited, must also be limited as to cause; so when that measurable cause is known, then can man comprehend and measure all effects. The effects of cause are complex and mystify man, but cause itself is simple.
The universe is a multiplicity of changing effects of but One unchanging cause. All things are universal. Nothing is which is not universal. Nothing is of itself alone. Man and Mind and all creating things are universal. No man can say ‘I alone am I.’ There is but One universe, One Mind, One force, One substance. When man knows this in measurable exactness then will he have no limitations within those which are universal.” — Walter Russell, from The Prelude to The Universal One.

The Universal One Walter Russell
If you are interested in this book, read Spinoza's Ethics, as well. I would also recommend Meister Eckhart, Thomas Traherne, Ludwig Wittgenstein (especially), and you're bound to find more. Russell's view, while based in the physical, and while physically true, is best and most easily understand in the accompanying philosophical context, that all things come from one, singular source. Hence "The Universal One", eh?What a beautiful book! Regardless of what amount you understand, this book is a pleasure to hold and leaf through. The illustrations are superb and you really feel like you are holding something secret and powerful. Language is always an issue, understanding the meaning behind words, but Walter Russell knows what he is talking about, and he sees a crucial part of our underlying reality. Can you understand this perspective by reading the book? I don't know. Will you appreciate the book magnitudes more if you do understand his highly accurate perspective? Undoubtedly. The Physics community is still shuffling around getting nowhere because they aren't viewing the fundamentals correctly. All the math is the same; it's the perspective that's different, but do they by golly need the correct perspective to get much farther than they are now. Time will tell.

The Universal One Walter Russell Reviews
Very deep and interesting. Much insight into the world we live in today. Read and chapter and then think about it for a while. It isn't a quick read so tis book is read to learn not to entertain. The book arrived quickly and in new condition from a new seller on .
This book is amazing BUT the free CD's that came with it didn't work right…I watched 3/4 of the Max Igan one, and then it wouldn't play. I switched DVD players and it still didn't work.
Walter Russell shares his illumination
on the universal secrets which answers
important questions both scientific and spiritual.
Nothing in the literature comes close to this work.
Walter Russell is my favorite of the metaphysical kind. He was amazing in all that he did in his lifetime. I am so disappointed that kids today are not aware of his teachings. He really did live the life and his journey to get there was perfect. Can't get enough of his teachings.....
Everyone should read that book
I've read many of his books over the years and had this one in my sights for a long time but I never saw the price drop below $100. Recently it was on sale for half that and I had to bite.
The book is fantastic and presents Russell's more scientific concepts of the Universe. It makes a great read for anyone interested in metaphysics as well as 'hard-facts' science.
After a lot of researching in astronomy I came to the conclusion that just about anything could be proven using mathematics. (complex numbers) Thus, the majority of what we know about space is theoretical. I'm not talking about the mass of the sun, or the distance to the moon; these things can be verified...I'm talking about how the universe formed, if there is an end to space, are there other dimensions out there, where does consciousness come from? There is a lot of evidence for the big bang; but that still isn't enough for me. I want to know what happened before that. How can mainstream describe an infinitely dense point other than infinitely dense? Clearly there is more to this world than we are led to believe.
This book helped to expand my consciousness. I wish I could have been introduced to Walter's work a lot earlier, and I am thankful to have found it now. The simple nature of ... nature is what really amazes me. We've managed to complicate it so much. I hope you give this book some consideration in your life's journey.
